Lawmaker wants dedicated funding source for freight


A bill from Rep. Janice Hahn, D-Calif., would create a fund to pay for freight infrastructure. The National Freight Network Trust Fund would take 5% of duties paid on imports to "create a dedicated funding source," according to Hahn's office. The Hill (7/9)
