Class I executives cautiously bullish on 2013

Additional Canadian rail regulations such as the latest one recently introduced before the Parliament lack justification, according to Canadian National and Canadian Pacific. The rail service improvement bill is "unnecessary and overly burdensome," said CN CEO Claude Mongeau. ? CP, TCRC-MWED reach 5-year labor contract for 2,600 workers
Canadian Pacific reached a temporary five-year labor deal with 2,600 employees represented by the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference-Maintenance of Way Employees Division.
